It’s very common for our stutter to be much worse when we don’t have quality sleep. You MUST get quality sleep every single night without fail. Drink some chamomile tea 1 hr before bed. No caffeine, no green tea. Minimise screen time before bed too because that spikes dopamine. Try box breathing techniques before bed too.
