Thanks for the response! I'm 20 by the way, so I'm hoping I can "grow out of this". And yes I've tried that before, and it definitely did work, but I work in a service job where I'm going to multiple people's homes a day and introducing myself (up to 15 a day) with a co-worker two with me. As I'm sure you know, after a couple times of that strategy it gets old, and I get very nervous about it and my co workers are starting to get weired out by me it seems. I know that shouldn't be a primary concern of mine, but I just want to learn how to beat this, if that makes sense. But, you are right, if I try to brute through it, it's a complete sh*t show. To add to this, what I have noticed there have been a select few times I have introduced myself crystal clear, and it seemed like it was because I walked up breathing steadily and in pure confidence. I've noticed in these blocks I stop breathing and my chest gets very tight.
