Anyone looking for a magic pill or treatment through chemistry has an imperfect understanding of disfluency. While medication can be helpful in addressing co-occurring conditions that may interact with or exacerbate stuttering, such as anxiety, medication itself does not treat stuttering. Nor will it ever.
