I’m sorry your going through this I completely understand living like that is never easy. For me, stuttering hasn’t just been an identity trait it’s been a barrier. It’s limited job opportunities, made social connection exhausting, and pushed me into isolation. When something affects your ability to communicate, work, and live independently, it can feel like a curse, even if you know it isn’t one. Just know your brain isn’t broken and you are not alone things that help me are • Pause • Breathe • straighten my back, I stutter most when my body is trying to hide, instead I learn to lift myself up when I speak I hope this works for you if you need any more tips or support join our my group we all support each other here https://chat.whatsapp.com/JDArEqNFp2r1vW3Xu1vpQ6?mode=gi_t
