As a life-long stutterer, here are a few things that help me; Deep, controlled breaths. This is important, don't inhale and exhale so quickly you hyperventilate, just long, deep breaths. It'll calm you down and help with fluency. No more than three words per breath. Every three words, take a breath. This will sound weird at first but when you master it, it'll be unnoticeable. Eye contact with who you're talking to. Don't try and hide! Good luck with this, dude.
