10%-20% better fluency I've found a technique that I've been using for the past week and it helps in some situations. You know how some musicians us a metronome to stay on pace. Well I've used the same technique when speaking. Before I start and while I'm talking I silently snap my fingers at a steady slow pace. And if your worried that people will notice that your snapping your fingers and think its weird, no one has noticed with me snapping yet.
