Mindfulness might be effective to accept stuttering and reduce anticipation, such as, we accept our intrusive thoughts/feelings that say: "Stuttering might happen". Acknowledge these sensations as it is, just random triggers and let go. Accept that if stuttering occurs, that we are okay with this and we acknowledge it as it is without reacting to it - instead of creating a whole mindset and stutter state that reinforces stuttering anticipation by believing that we will always stutter no matter what
