Yes I’m almost exactly the same as you. I think it’s easier to freely speak and kind of work your way around to what you want to say or change the phrasing of it, BUT when it’s a one answer question where I have to wiggle room like my name then i get stuck. It sucks because you can feel as if you are almost free, but you get sucked back in because one wrong question can leave you speechless. Some days/months are easier while others are harder, there is not rhyme or reason and it seems like progressing past this loop is impossible.
