Good question. Initially, yes… sex drive was dampened somewhat and mood/motivation was a little sluggish. Over time it’s improved compared to the first few weeks. I guess the brain needs to get use to the new seratonin levels which also affects dopamine. My anxiety was pretty bad before taking Fluoxetine.
