I don’t think it’ll ever “get better” as in go away or magically improve. But you can learn how to manage It. Like for me, I know which words I tend to have a block on so I switch out words. Or use filler words before I speak so it flows smoothly. Like “uh, um, mmm, the” etc etc. I learned it’s really important to focus on your breathing. Sometimes when I’m not I’m literally speaking on no air trying to keep my sentence flowing lol
