I take B1 Thiamine Nitrate with Magnesium Orotate on a daily basis. It helps me a lot, even though I still experience the occasional block. I'm a lot more fluent when I take it compared to when I don't take it. I also started taking anti anxiety medication to control anxiety. You may have to play around with the B1 + Magnesium dosage as everyone is different, but personally I take 1500mg of B1 and 800mg of Magnesium (a day). BTW, B1 is non toxic, so any excess just passes through your urine. Hope that helps. Edit: I'm about to compliment the above with L-Theanine, which I've heard helps with fluency too :)
