Good morning OP, Hoped your Thanksgiving was good? I am also glad you are still around mate! My father was a extremely heavy booze drinker when I was young. I remember the days when I would visit him at work and the crew would be having a case of Coors beer as part of lunch. Our family business is in construction. Then when he came home and during supper until he went to bed another case of Coors and a liqueur or several liqueurs. One thing about us Irish, we love to drink. Me personally, I never touched booze as I had a front row seat to see the bad size of booze. I can assure you there is never a positive to drinking alcohol in my opinion. Now I still go to pubs here in San Francisco, but for their food. I as well was in speech therapy. From the age of 5 until the age of 18. No positive effects from those 13 years of SLP's. Porky Pig speaks way better then me! LOL. Why is it always a PIG that speaks more fluently then me? Maybe the cuteness. I would like to thank you for the offer to partake into online role playing games. I got out of all things game playing during the Sega Genesis days. I enjoyed them as a child, but my two brothers are still heavily involved with gaming. They both have Sony Playstation's and most of their game catalogue is of sports games. I dabble with my niece and nephews, but they execute me with great glee. The car I was going to give a nephew of mine who turned 16 this year and destroyed me in Madden Football last night, by triple digits, will not be getting the car. :-) FUCK HIM!!! These days my games are Computer Aided Drafting (CAD). My background is in Civil Engineering. Those are my games. I have my MacBook for work and personal, and a tricked out Alienware laptop for my CAD creations. Wish you continued success OP. Happy holidays to yourself and to your family. OP I do not know what part of the world you reside in, but have you heard that here in The United States a support group called, The National Stuttering Association (https://www.westutter.org)? Every summer they have a convention for anything to do with stuttering. You have of course our stuttering brothers and sisters. You have SLP's, medical doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists who are all expert in the field of stuttering. The late night parties are great, the hanging out at the hotel's pub, going out to dinner with your new stuttering siblings. As I was growing up I was the only one in the family that stuttered. No one on me mums or dads side stammered. In growing up I knew of ONE other person that stuttered, and that was a schoolmate. This year was my 28th year of attending The National Stuttering Association's yearly conferences. I still remember vividly my first time going. Extremely emotional, and even to this day I get chocked up. For all the stutters here, I promise you it will be the BEST DAMN 4 FUCKING DAYS OF YOUR LIFE! Every year I go it is a reunion, and the introduction to new family members. Yes those who are not us and say they sympathize with we go through on a daily basis is one thing and is nice, but being around 1250 PWS (count of only PWS this year) know EXACTLY what you are going through; because a lot of them has as well. Please look into it OP. Because there is a family out there waiting to meet you. I PROMISE we do not bite. :-) Cheers, David O'Brien
