A little trick that has helped me. Maybe it will help you. Sometimes I get stuck at the beginning of certain words after saying the first letter. Words liked "seven" and "level" are especially hard for me. When I say the s in seven I get stuck, and sound like a tire losing air. However, I have found I get loophole this by thinking to myself that I'm not saying Seven. I'm going to say the "sssss" syllable and then immediately after "even". I practiced with some friends and they can't tell when I'm doing it. Its the same for Level. I start to say it get stuck on the "l" and then stop and say "evel" quickly after. I know it shouldn't fucking matter but, something in my brain allows that. Hope I help someone.
