I have also found i big correlation between diet and stuttering. If I eat healthy foods such as fish and vegetables my stutter decreases. But if I eat unhealthy food with lots of fat in it. Such as hamburger or pizza my stutter gets way worse. When I was on a diet a few years ago I almost completely stopped eating carbs and I felt a lot healthier, I can’t remember if it improved my stutter or not tough. I have been thinking about cutting carbs again for a while now and since I have been slowly gaining some weight these last few months it might be time to go on a diet again. The biggest issue I had with being carbs free was that I was just not getting enough calories to maintain my weight after my weight loss. So I had to eat it even though it felt unhealthy. Do you have any tips on good food that contains a lot of calories?
