My clinic at the University (I'm no longer a student) offers sliding scale payment. If you make less than amount X you can qualify for a 90-95% reduction in fees over a semester. So that would put it at something like $130 a semester or ~$10-15 per session. Edit: should have read other comments first. Others make similar point.
