Well I ended up on higher dose after that message and then ended up going down again and dropping it. Think the speech improvement stuff is just placebo. For me the only real noticeable effect on it was that it was harder to get the highs of enjoying things. Like something was sort of muting everything. Maybe slightly less overthinking but I also felt like I was less present. Imo there is a lot worse stuff out there and side effects to worry about though if you think it's helping you.
