Hello friend! If your speech is similar to [Matthew at 0:50](https://youtu.be/rw04IXYpQgQ?t=47s) what you are experiencing is called dysrhythmic phonation, it is a type of stuttering. I see that you believe the source of your stuttering is anxiety. Your best bet is going to a speech therapist (or even a counselor!) to discuss your anxieties about speaking and learn some strategies to monitor your breathing. It's a vicious cycle: you're afraid you'll stutter when you speak, so you stutter, which makes you afraid of speaking and more anxious, so then you stutter again. Talking with a speech therapist can provide an outlet and begin to crack at the emotional/ anxious aspect of stuttering. To find some cheap options, look for local universities with a speech-language pathology program and they'll likely have a highly discounted clinic. Best of luck and smooth speech!
