It's ok to be nervous on the day of the presentation. Here is my advice: wear a 100% cotton shirt. Wear lots of deodorant. Breath out before speaking (interesting that another person on here said the opposite, so I guess do what works for you) And this is what really works...print out your speech ahead of time. Mark it out or highlight where to take pauses. Use these markers as places to center yourself. If you stutter your whole way through, so be it! You CAN do this and it's going to be what it is (like anything!) Let us all know how it goes!
