I have been doing a thing for a while and I have found it to be very useful, it consist in you speaking in front of the mirror like you were talking to another person everyday. You can really practice your breathing techniques and your overall speaking skill. Try not to set your attention to much on not stuttering though, but on not giving a damn if you do. With that I've improved my fluency and more importantly, my confidence a lot, so I recommend you that :)
