What kind of people are you all around who make fun of your stutter? Sure I'll get people who are confused on phone calls but I'll just tell them that I stutter and that fixes it. Usually "I stutter" is enough to solve things. I guess if I were around a total idiot who kept laughing or poking fun I might ask him "do you regularly laugh at disabilities? Is that a thing for you?"
