The wim hoff breathing technique is really great for relieving stress and anxiety before beginning your day. https://youtu.be/nzCaZQqAs9I But when I’m out in public, and I’m really nervous about my stutter, I’ll do some navy tactical breathing exercises https://youtu.be/pq5EOFWYDCI . Your probably thinking these are just breathing exercises for anxiety or depression not exactly fluency. Exactly, just accepting, and freely stuttering is the best way to tackle it. I like the following quote that encapsulates this philosophy: “Those who can’t afford to stutter, will stutter”.
