Sure, for me I spent my focus not working on my breathing, or how I pronounced words. I found those techniques didn’t seem to hold up in stressful situations, or just out at school/work or in public. It’s hard to share it by text, so I actually recorded a video telling my story/sharing what worked for me offering my tips (all mind based, from examining my beliefs, working on my social anxiety, lots of practice). The link is in my profile, it explains the answer to your question the best way I know how. Seeing me talk to random strangers and explain what I’m doing in real time helps.
