My mom is not letting me quit speech therapy

My mom is not letting me quit speech therapy So, I have been stuttering on and off for most of my life. And I’ve always had speech therapy, and it has never worked, and I feel a lot more stressed now that she’s making go to another one and see two different ones at different times! I’ve told her, that will just make it worse, but she refuses to listen. What should I do?
