i really appreciate the encouragement nemo_nemo_ . it's very uplifting to read the other posts and realize that i am not alone in this battle. I've tried looking up speech therapist but they are very expensive :( but i will look up different techniques and breathing practices and focus on that. Thanks for the good word!
