Yes this is the same as me! Not really substituting words these days at all but I'll freeflow the um, like, you know haha God I wouldn't fancy being in the corporate environment with a stutter, must put that bit of extra pressure on you hearing other people speak presumably so smoothly and diplomatically.. Interesting about the period's effects, what about coffee/alcohol/drugs, do you notice (dis)improvements?
