I have no idea. I'm not an expert and I don't really kn ow anything about you or other situations you stutter in. All I can say is that speech therapy helped me a great deal, but it's not an immediate thing and it's not a magic cure, you need to work on the stuff they give you. You could also just have visited a bad therapist, it might pay to try someone else (maybe see if people can recommend someone in your area).
