Yeah but OP can give them the help they need which he probably didn’t get. OP will know what they will go through and will relate to them, therefore he knows what helps and what doesn’t. Both my parents don’t stutter so I would get shouted at because they don’t understand what it’s like to have a stutter, I would get bullied in school because I didn’t have a way to express myself, so OP can teach his kids how to deal with things because he has experience with it, and can possibly get them a speech therapist (which I didn’t get, it would’ve helped a lot).
