Who’s the bad person when someone laughs?

Who’s the bad person when someone laughs? Hello there! I’ve been thinking about the amount of value we put on people’s reactions, especially around the fact or fear that they will laugh about our stutter. Honestly there shouldn’t be a lot of value placed there. I don’t think we should look within ourself when they laugh, but rather look at them. If they laugh then they either don’t have a sense of morality or if they do, they’re gonna feel guilty about it. Either way, they lose. Easier said than to be 100% convinced about it, but I would rather have a stutter and a sense of morality than to talk fluently and make other people feel bad for things they can’t control. (Ps I also think some people crack a smile because they find it endearing, which is fine imo)
