I’ve had my fair-share of police stops for traffic violations and small incidents of the sort, I’ve stuttered around them and it didn’t seem like an issue. Some look confused, some are kinda sympathetic thinking you’re incredibly under stress and nervous for the stop, and some don’t seem to care either way. But I’ve never felt judged because of my stutter by them, I usually never have to disclose I have a stutter.
