i use samsung galaxy buds, they block outer sounds hardly, they got high volume plus this ambient sound option which allow you to mix the outer environment sound with your call or music when you touch and hold the earbud. so when I'm on zoom or discord and somebody are going to talk.. i touch the earbud so i can listen to people then release to start talking. it's very helpful.
