Tell me your exercises or tricks So, next week I'm supposed to give this presentation of my last project in college, no big deal, just maybe the most important presentation of my life. And the thing is, surprise, I stutter, I stutter a lot when I'm anxious and I'm anxious 24/7. I need some advices , I started speech therapy and I've done some interesting exercises and other not so helpful, e.g,. The ones that make me feel confident and feel more fluent are these: Blow a bottle of water with a tube or straw until you feel like you need to breath (not to your last breath) swallow and the breath deeply Read some text that are meant to improve breath control, e.g *breathe* "the day is beautiful" *breathe* "the day is beautiful and I wanna go to the beach" *breathe* "the day is beautiful and I wanna go to the beach and get a tan" And So on The last one is to read music like it's poetry Now tell me you guys, which exercise has been helping the most??!
