Thank you for this. This is very helpful. It's funny (maybe that's not the right word) how so much of this comes down to etiquette and manners. We have a few very prominent voices on the team, and, while they have good contributions, it does tend to shut others out of the conversation occasionally. Fortunately, we also have the sweetest lady on our team who can kill with kindness and helps to make space for those who are more soft-spoken. It's a skill I'm still learning (I'm really new to leadership positions where I have to facilitate discussion with a lot of different personalities). I'll keep an eye out if our big voices start interrupting people so I can enforce better meeting etiquette. I think making more deliberate use of the hand raising feature is a good idea too. All of these I think will just improve team meetings in general, and hopefully make it a more comfortable space for everyone involved.
