I dont know if you do this, but don't evaluate an interaction by "how fluent was I?" Realistically, there's always going to be some sort of stutter, and if you're constantly doing this, you're going to be discouraged, and have a whole slew of other negative emotions every time. If you disconnect fluency and meaningful interactions, anxiety will go down because you no longer value it.
