Why is my stuttering so random?

Why is my stuttering so random? Recently ive been having trouble saying simple words without a small stutter and it takes me a while to say the word. Some days it’s fine and some days it’s just worst. I’ve been like this my whole life just ups and downs but ive noticed ever since I graduated High School in 2023 it’s been a slow downward spiral. Is there anyway to improve my speech? It’s starting to get me that I can’t even say a sentence smoothly
