I've found that my stuttering gets exponentially worse when I'm under a lot of stress. Try to do things that will relieve your stress level like listening to some calming/relaxing music on Youtube or some meditative breathing exercises. Our brains are incredibly powerful. If you convince your brain that you're in a calm place you will ultimately feel calmer and thus won't stutter as much. It might not always work but it's something that's free and doesn't take too much time to try.
