I'm a medical student (second year) and I have a moderate stutter. I can get around talking with people but i'm rather tense the whole time and replacing words. I'm kind of having a hard time with anxiety grabbing me by the nuts during our clinical practice sessions. I was thinking of getting a prescription for propanolol to use for high stress situations like clinical practice sessions in groups. However, I currently take vyvanse for ADD and fatigue, and I was wondering if propanolol with the vyvanse would cause an unopposed alpha effect.
