Kendrick Lamar and Ed Sheeran have both dealt with stuttering in the past. I'm not too sure about songs, but they've both mentioned it in interviews. Kendrick has a feature on Drake's "Take Care" album on the track "Buried Alive Interlude" On this track, he is deliberately stuttering. I think this is an homage to his own experience with stuttering.
