Soo I actually have Tourettes syndrome, i stutter really bad under certain circumstances if im not medicated, what i found works best is tch active thca or cbds it surpresses my ticks and stutters for mutiple hours. And am able to hold conversations! Idk how you feel about marijuana but its the best thing for Tourettes and stuttering ive found so far!
