Also a thing that has worked for me is to record my voice speaking the entire presentation. No need to actually listen to it. You can just do it a few times and see how much time it took you to say the whole thing. Also you can naturally notice which words are problematic and try to find replacements for them during the “dry rehearsal” rather than the real presentation. But don’t try to memorise the whole thing - only write down the key points.
