I have been prescribed phenibut and propranolol

I have been prescribed phenibut and propranolol I get very anxious at university and have severe blockages and cannot speak , I tell the teacher that I haven't done the project (even if I did it) simply to avoid humiliation. Has anyone tried these medications and did they work out for you?
