I took the program as well – my speech has been greatly improved because of it. The thing is, the methods are pretty hard to break down in a reddit post as the program is quite a bit deeper than "do this one simple fix to stop stuttering". I made a post kind of outlining the key tenants of the program a couple weeks back – I can post it here if I find it again.
