Just to be sure that you don't develop fatal habits, I have to remark: This self-induced pain is not a method you should be getting used to. As a novelty distraction, it may seem to have effect, but you really don't want to associate these things habitually. It can basically only get worse. Please look into methods and techniques with generally proven efficay instead.
