There's a lot that's been reposted, but I agree they are hard to find. This one might be my favorite: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6z18y2IP6k I think the biggest problems people who really struggle with dealing with their stuttering is they think of it as a combative thing that needs to be beaten. The fact is, stuttering is a part of all of us so to try to beat it would be like trying to beat a part of ourselves. Stuttering isn't something we choose to do, obviously. So you don't beat it like you beat an addiction or other disorders. You can try searching for "Fluency Shaping" or AIS or something if you want to read about specific programs. All of the people I know who have really struggled with stuttering and then really took control of their life and succeed, what made the changes last was they changed what was going on internally, not just outside practice work. Although you can't really get the internal change without the outside work first, they're two parts of the same goal.
