What helped me to get out from a similar pit was regularly attending a local stuttering support group, and doing speech therapy and psychotherapy. First started attending the group, later on started speech therapy and psychotherapy while still attending the group ever since. For me it was a longer process to get well, but after multiple years I can now grow based on these experiences. I've wasted years ignoring the issue, don't do that, it'll only get harder to get out of the issue with time. I'd definitely recommend to start with regularly attending your local stuttering support group first. Stamily has a [comprehensive list of groups and associations](https://www.stamily.org/links) where you can find your local one in your region/country. You can join [Stamily](https://www.stamily.org/) too, a (mostly but not fully online) community of stutterers.
