Bonjour! My advice is everyone else's. Try and stomache up the courage to tell your teacher. They should understand and try and work with you on a solution. Edit: If you're in college, you will probably need to have a disability accommodation card. Its important to have that at the beginning of the semester so it's much easier for your professor to figure out an alternative. If so, there should be a disabilities accommodation advisor or even an office that can help you get one. It'll take some time and you'd probably need an IEP from high school or something so that's that. Best of luck if that's the case, or rather best of luck in any case! As far as speaking French as opposed to English, I can 110% attest that French is a million times harder to speak and read for some reason. I'm also in French right now, French 2 in college.
