Hey man, 1. Practicing will help A LOT. I ideally you want to hit the stage knowing your BM speech really really well. When you get up there you're going feel a lot of nerves and that's the best way to make sure you don't draw a blank. 2. If you're feeling nervous about presenting, there is HUGE benifit to doing mental rehersals. (Sounds hippy-dippy, I know.) But, take 5 minutes every day to visualize yourself delivering the perfect Best Man Speech, visualize the smiles on peoples faces, the sound of their laughter and how amazing you're going to feel when you're finished and everyone is congratulating you. It's an incredible technique that I use all the time! If you need some more help, there a free course called The Best Man Blueprint. It walks you through step-by-step how to write, practice and deliver the perfect Best Man Speech. It's free, check it out here.
