totally normal unfortunately - stress, sleep, even seasonal stuff can trigger worse periods. for managing it you've got a few paths: local SLPs if insurance covers it well, the NSA has free support groups that help some people with the anxiety side, and Better Speech has stuttering specialists online which some folks prefer since theres no waitlist. personally i'd say track what's happening during flare-ups to see if theres a pattern with stress or fatigue.
