Any way to get ahold of pagoclone?

Any way to get ahold of pagoclone? I was in the pagoclone study for over a year back in '09/'10 and it helped with blocks a lot (i.e. nearly eliminated them). Very depressing to think that this wonder-drug will never make it to the market. Any chance that this drug still exists somewhere?
