Oh, good. Another one of "these posts". First, why not just tell us in your post how you "cured" your stuttering? If you claim you cured your stuttering, then people are going to ask how. So just tell us. Second, I personally think this is breaking the rules of this sub... >Posts promoting the treatment must include research or evidence based practice. No cures. >There is no known cure for stuttering that works 100% for everyone. Refrain from using the word CURE in posts. ...You said you did a lot of research, so please provide some sources to support your claim that mediation cures stuttering. Also, you used the word "cured' right in your subject line and have used it at least nine times in total, including comments. >Everybody can be cured. It has nothing to do with our body, it is just our brain. Just need to meditate daily. Just stop with this BS. Nobody can be 100% cured because nobody speaks 100% fluently, even those who don't stutter. Being unable to physically say something has a LOT to do with our body. It's not just in our heads. Look, if what you say is true and meditation alone has allowed you to speak more fluently, then good for you. We should all be happy for you. If that's the case, I suspect your disfluency was triggered more by stress or anxiety. It would make sense that meditation would help with that and I'm sure we could all benefit from meditation. **However,** it is extremely irresponsible to claim it or any other treatment is a 100% cure, especially not without providing research or evidence to back it up.
