I just went through a 4 hour one the other day. Super painful but in the end I knew that I was exactly who they needed for that position. Be confident that you are that person and that they also need to prove themselves to you if you even want the job. Also if they treat you bad during the interview you don't want to work there anyways. There is plenty of work out there with decent people.
